Delete your Filsa Business account

In the app — the fastest way

Open Filsa Business and go to Settings → Delete account. The deletion starts immediately and needs no email exchange.

By email

If you can no longer sign in, email support@weuxui.com from your account's email address, or include the phone number registered to the account, with the subject Delete my Filsa Business account. We may ask you to verify your identity before we act, and we will confirm when the deletion is complete.

What is deleted

• Your identity and account profile.
• Every business you own, and its accounting records — transactions, invoices, clients, liabilities, VAT information and reports.
• Private uploaded media — receipts, documents and images.
• Any connected mailbox authorization and its stored credentials.
• Your push notification token and session identifiers.

What is kept, and why

• If you were a member of a business owned by someone else, that owner's accounting records remain theirs. Your membership and personal attribution are removed from them.
• Information we must keep under applicable accounting, tax, fraud-prevention or other legal obligations in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
• Copies inside secured backups, until those backups reach their normal expiry.
• Records needed to resolve a dispute or enforce an agreement.

Deleting your account cannot be undone. If you only want to stop email analysis, disconnect the mailbox in the app instead — that stops all future access and keeps your books.
